How to make an average of $25 an hour? Well here's the equation..

Your Hourly Wage PLUS (Total Tips DIVIDED By Total Dealers)

This equation are for Casinos that share tips. Casino Dealers, when compared to tip pooling, makes more than any other industry. So making $25 an hour is very simple and less stressful!

Casinos that keep their own can vary a lot more than shared casinos. Most dealers at 'keep your own' casinos can get about the same base pay as 'shared casinos', but instead of sharing tips with everyone, you can actually make your own tips. So if you have a good week or bi-weekly of $200 a day for 5 days a week and working 80 hours in 2 weeks, then that alone is $25 an hour, plus your base pay, lets just say $9 an hour for minimum wage, then you'll be making $34 an hour! And that is actually pretty accurate in casinos today!
